After months of waiting, my requested copy of Andy Weir’s Project Hail Mary finally arrived from our local library. Very excited about this. Problem is, I only have three weeks to read the book (fair enough), so it is highly likely that I will end up purchasing a copy.
Also received The Substance (2024). I watched this movie on the plane at night when most of the other passengers were asleep, but the person sitting next to me still commented at the end of the viewing: “That’s pretty horrifying!” I suppose not everyone would enjoy body horror… I look forward to watching the movie again with fellow horror fans.
