Back to reading “The Wild Robot Escapes” before the ebook disappears from my mobile phone. Found a critic describing the previous book in the series, “The Wild Robot”, as a story that is “simultaneously unsentimental and saturated with feeling”. Also found the following praise for the author:
“We need Peter Brown to tell his fellow Americans how what seems strange and threatening can turn into love and joy.”
Well, I am sure Brown has been working that that his whole life and is doing an excellent job. But how many of his fellow Americans are actually listening?
